The project consists of three five-storey wood-frame buildings—Buildings A, B, and C—positioned atop a single-storey podium that accommodates below-grade and enclosed surface parking. The podium’s landscaped roof fosters a vibrant central courtyard, featuring outdoor play areas and garden spaces that encourage community interaction. Building A, fronting 57A Avenue, and Building B, along 177B Street, collectively provide 144 market housing units, while Building C, located at the northwest corner, offers 52 rental suites. The development comprises 196 suites with diverse layouts, including one-bedroom to spacious three-bedroom homes, catering to a broad demographic. Covering a gross site area of 7,398.4 sq.m. with a total building area of 16,172 sq.m., the project achieves a 2.0 FAR. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenities spanning 1,533 sq.m. enhance community engagement and livability.
