Thoughtfully integrated into its surroundings, the building balances form, function, and aesthetics to create a seamless urban experience. Along 152 Street, vertical elements reflect the natural tree line, while horizontal layers along 26th Avenue reduce mass and create a pedestrian-friendly environment. Green walls, planter boxes, and wood-like balcony screens soften contemporary materials such as glass and stone, adding warmth.
